1. Refund requests
EmbeddedPlayX is a digital download. If you need a refund, email us within 7 days of purchase.
2. How to ask
Email admin@embeddedplayx.com from your account email with your transaction ID (it is on your invoice) or a screenshot of the payment, and tell us why you are asking.
3. What happens next
We review each request by hand and reply by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
4. After a refund
A refund removes the game from your account, so you can no longer download or play it.
