When you create an EmbeddedPlayX account or purchase the game, we collect your name, email address, and payment confirmation details (payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers). While you play, we may collect gameplay progress, mission completion times, and leaderboard scores.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to create and manage your account, process purchases, sync progress and leaderboard rankings, respond to support requests, and send important updates about the game. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data storage
Account and gameplay data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure with industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit.
4. Cookies & local storage
Our website and game client may use cookies or local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. You can clear these at any time through your browser or device settings.
5. Third-party services
We use trusted third-party services (such as Firebase for authentication/data, and a payment processor for checkout) that may process limited data on our behalf, solely to provide the service.

7. Children's privacy
EmbeddedPlayX is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
